Cynthia has been an owner and breeder since 2006, when she acquired her first race horse, who became the foundation mare for her racing stable, Offspring Farm. Having previously served on the Nomination and Election Committees, she is serving her first term on the Board of Directors, where she sits on the Finance, Aftercare, and Backside Improvement Committees. In addition to serving the horsemen, she is a full-time Territory Sales Manager in the Pet Industry, and also serves on the Board of Directors on the Illinois Equine Research and Promotions Board, helping to promote the Equine industry in Illinois.
