Governor Quinn has appointed Hugh Scates to serve as a commissioner on the Illinois Racing Board. His term will expire on 7/1/2018. Mr. Scates, a Democrat from Gallatin County in southern Illinois, will replace Commissioner Ciambrone whose term expired on 7/1/2012. Mickey Ezzo Racing Board
